The USER may request changes to their order provided it has not yet been shipped and is not subject to any exceptions to the right of withdrawal under current legislation. To do so, they must notify CARL MARTIN as soon as possible by email at carlmartin@carlmartin.me, specifying the desired changes. Any price difference between the original and modified order will be processed according to the payment method used. Costs associated with returns and reshipment will not be covered by CM OPTICAL BRAND, S.L.
M OPTICAL BRAND, S.L. will not replace any requested product without the USER's prior express authorization. If, due to circumstances beyond the company's control, the order cannot be fulfilled, the USER will be offered the option to substitute the product with one of similar characteristics or to cancel the order.
If the USER cancels a confirmed order after it has been shipped from CM OPTICAL BRAND, S.L. facilities, or refuses delivery, the company may require reimbursement of associated transportation costs.
Returns will be accepted only for products meeting the following requirements:
The product must retain its original seal intact. Returns of unsealed products will not be accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects, for which an identical replacement will be provided.
The USER must cover return shipping costs, payable directly to the shipping carrier at the time of pickup.
The product must be properly packaged for return.
All returns are subject to prior inspection by CM OPTICAL BRAND, S.L. to verify the product's condition. Following this verification, the USER will receive email confirmation. The return process is never automatic.
In accordance with current consumer protection legislation, the USER may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of order receipt. Notification must be made through any legally recognized means, including email to carlmartin@carlmartin.me.
c) Supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
e) Supply of sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, which have been unsealed after delivery.
